The good things about all the systems:
~data will be easily assessed by the PPD
~ proper/safe way of keeping data (no more files or thick folders )
~ keep teachers updated with IT stuffs

The not-so-good things about the systems:
~more work for teachers...especially the class teacher
~ more passwords to remember..
